4. Laughter A cheerful heart is good medicine. Laughter is a painless and beneficial way to increase lymphatic fluid (rich in lymphocytes, cells that fight infection) to circulate through your body, this is done by stimulating the muscles of the diaphragm. Go on, laugh out loud!
5. Sleep Sleep is vital for the body to maintain its balance, the average adult requires 6-9 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep is related to a higher mortality, increased blood pressure, blood sugar, and affects mood.
6. Herbal supplements This is highly debatable among scientists as to whether it can enhance immunity function or not, however in combination with the above it may prove to be useful.
